New Audi A2 EV Concept - first photos
It wouldn’t be a car show without yet another electric car concept from Audi. The difference at Frankfurt is that the already teased EV from Audi isn’t another in the seemingly endless iteration of e-Tron, instead we’re to get an electric car with a proper Audi tag – the Audi A2 Concept EV. The shame is that Audi seem to have abandoned the range extender route they displayed with the Audi A1 e-Tron – a small Wankel engine in the boot to charge the batteries – and have instead gone down the costly cul-de-sac of a pure EV in the A2.
Nissan has revealed the Juke Crossover ahead of Geneva
We told you about ‘The Final Countdown’ press release Nissan sent us for the Nissan Juke the other day so I hope you tied a knot in your hankie and bookmarked us so you didn’t miss out. We now have lift-off. The Nissan Juke, all mickey taking aside, looks to be something of a winner.
Facebook user 7tune snapped a picture of a Japanese magazine claiming to have pictures of the R36 Nissan GT-R. The poster, whom we assume can read Japanese, says the next GT-R will have a hybrid powertrain like the McLaren P1 and Ferrari LeFerrari. He also says it will carry a new version of the company's twin-turbocharged 3.8-liter V6 making 580 hp.
